The Complete Rules of Use (the "Rules")

Welcome to mylittleholiday ltd. (“We/Us”). We aim to make this website as user friendly and as useful for parents as possible. In order to ensure that everyone is kept happy, please read the following rules carefully before using our website.

  1. By entering and using the mylittleholiday website, you agree to accept and abide by the Complete Rules set out here. If you do not agree with any of the Rules, please do not carry on using this website.
  2. We reserve the right to update these Rules from time to time. You will be deemed to accept any changes and updates to the Rules if you continue to use this website.

Your use of our website

  1. You have to be 18 years old and over to use this website including posting any stories or comments. You agree that you are 18 years or older.
  2. When posting your little holiday story, you must personally have stayed at the accommodation with a child or used the service yourself.
  3. All little holiday stories must be true. Please do not post a story that you have heard by word of mouth.
  4. If you are an owner or manager of an accommodation or service, please identify yourself as such and contact us so that we can facilitate your responses to any posting.
  5. As this is a family friendly website, please do not use language which is obscene or vulgar, offensive, abusive, harmful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, invasive of someone else’s privacy, insulting in any manner or otherwise unlawful.
  6. We reserve the right to remove any story or posting immediately if there is any breach of these Rules, in addition to taking any other action we see fit.
  7. You agree that by submitting your stories, postings, photographs and any other material to this website, you are deemed to assign the copyright in anything you write on this website to us. We reserve the right to edit, re-publish or otherwise use as we see fit any such materials posted by you in any format. If you don’t want us to use your material in this manner, please don’t post it on our website.
  8. By posting any material on our website, you agree that you have the right to post such material and that you are not breaking any laws or infringing anyone else’s rights by doing so. You agree to indemnify us for any losses, damages or costs sustained as a result of you breaching this rule.


  1. If any material posted by another use of our website has offended you or infringed your rights, please contact us at info@mylittleholiday.com and advise us of your complaint. We take all complaints seriously and will act swiftly to rectify the problem, where it is within our control to do so.

  4. www.mylittleholiday.com and www.mylittleholiday.co.uk are domain names owned and/or used under licence by my little holiday ltd.


  1. As a lot of the content on our website is user generated, we disclaim any responsibility for the content that you may encounter on our website.
  2. Please note that we do not support the views expressed by other holidaymakers who share their stories on our website. As this is a travel review site, please be aware that each story posted is a personal view of the holidaymaker posting it and we cannot be responsible for any losses or damages you may sustain as a result of your use of our website.
